"It's Business Time"


The Youth Panel are a group of living legends from the planet Awesome. They ended up on the Earth when they were forced to escape from the home planet which blew up or something like that. Now they survive as soldiers of fortune living in the Belfast under ground. These gorillas of rock only surface after dark to perform pieces of contempory theatre in the land of OMAC before sinking back into the shadows and disappearing into the realms of myth. Tales of the Youth Panel's heroic adventures have become the stuff of legends and are soon to be made into a major motion picture directed by Peter Jackson

Updates
If anyone wants tickets to shows at OMAC in the upcoming months. Give me a shout we're setting up a new "Work 4 It !"scheme where you can get free tickets for spending a couple of hours volunteering at OMAC.
The Crucible
This February the Youth Panel will be presenting a stunning new version of the Arthur Millar classic the Crucible. The ultimate saga of greed, lust, revenge and betrayal is brought to life... and death with devastating power. "If you miss this your entire life will have been a waste." The Herald.
The Childrens Hour
The Youth Panel will also be presenting Lillian Hellman's explosive classic - The Chrildrens Hour. The piece was so controversial when it was first perfromed that it was banned from several theatres. In the end public opinion overwhelmed those opposed to the show's sensational content and the piece became a worldwide success. The Chrildrens Hour will be coming to the OMAC in February 09. DON'T MISS IT.

OMAC & Young at Art
The Youth Panel is a joint initiative by the Old Museum Arts Centre and Young at Art. Two groups of fabulously decent human beings who believe firmly in giving young people a say in issues that effect them. So come on then!
